We have been selling fine products by mail for over thirty years.  For almost all of that time, our guarantee has been the very best and strongest in the mail order business.

"As our customer, you or the friend you give our product to is entitled to be 100% satisfied.  You decide what satisfaction means.  You decide how long you are entitled to be satisfied."

Because of this guarantee, we have previously avoided offering new high tech electronics.  In this new catalog venture, we offer a few carefully selected electronic items with the following exceptions to our above guarantee.

Exception: Most of the fine electronic products we offer have manufacturers' warranties of one year or more. We limit our own guarantee on electronics to: Total satisfaction for a period of ninety (90) days.

If you or the recipient of our products are not completely satisfied, for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase.

Delivery

If your order is for a special occasion Christmas gift, birthday gift, or other, and you are placing your order near the date of the special occasion, then please call to verify our in stock position of that item.

We want all of your occasions and our relationship to be a great one.

Most orders are shipped from our Rogers warehouse, by UPS (UPS requires a street address) or First Class Mail to arrive within 12 business days from receipt of your order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same boxes, which may arrive separately.

Oversize Items

Extra-heavy or oversize products require additional shipping charges. Oversize shipping charges are identified after each product price. These charges are added to regular shipping rates. They apply to shipments within the 48 contiguous states.

Rush Delivery
We offer rush delivery on in-stock items for delivery in 2 to 4 business days for an additional charge by UPS. This service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, or to a Post Office Box address.

Returns and Exchanges

Errors

Descriptive, typographic or photographic (on occasion prototype samples are photographed and production models may vary slightly, only the newest versions are shipped) errors are subject to correction.  We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
