Our Guarantee


We have been selling fine products by mail for almost sixty years. For most of that time, our guarantee has been the very best and strongest in the mail order business.

"As our customer, you are entitled to be 100% satisfied. You decide what that means." If the item is worn out, or abused, what we are able to do for you may be limited.

Exception: We limit our guarantee on electronics (including watches), clothing and clothing accessories for a period of ninety (90) days.

If you or the recipient of our products is not completely satisfied, for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return an item, please fill out the form on the back of your invoice and follow the directions. There is an address label on the front of the invoice.

If you did not get an invoice or can't remember your invoice number, please ship items prepaid and insured to:
