Snow Days

Life in places where Men seldom tread.

Man has conquered nearly all of his environment - but there are still a few places on the Earth where Bighorn Sheep graze in alpine meadow, and where ice-cold creeks carry rainbow trout and pure glacial water down to the sea. Few of us get to visit these last refuges of nature as often as we'd like - but when we do, we are captured by the slower pace of life. If you're having trouble getting back to the mountains, why not take a look at these things to remember them by, or read Lamar Underwoods excellent book Tales of the Mountain Men and begin plotting your escape.

Gaétan Beauchamp - Come and Go Tiger

In January this year, we arranged for him to complete a maximum of 100 hunters with a creative variation of the same theme. He has created images on both the obverse and reverse sides of the handle scales, not just a repeat as you might expect, but the obverse side has an image of the tiger walking toward you and the reverse side, an image of the tiger walking away from you. Very nice!
