The cooking Tweezers have been one of our most popular items. Use it for turning BBQ or steaks on the grill or use it to pick up dropped items on the shop floor or in the office. Uses are endless. You’ll have your own. Buy several and give them to friends. These stainless steel tools measure 14-1/4" long and weigh 6.8 oz.
The A.G. Russell Hocho is a knife for food preparation. It is designed to be a personal knife for those who want the finest possible tool for slicing, dicing and otherwise preparing vegetables and meats. It is not a camp knife or a hunting knife, but works wonderfully in the kitchen of a New York City apartment or a Wyoming hunting camp, when preparing a meal is the task at hand.
Made entirely of stainless steel, with a 4-1/4" blade of VG-10 hardened to 60-61 Rc. Measures 5-1/8" when closed. It has double liners, each with a detent to make absolutely sure that the razor sharp blade does not come open until the user wants it open. It locks with a very positive mid-lock and has a stainless steel clip to fasten to the pocket top or to the apron. This is not a knife to lay down, someone will take it if you do. It is so well ground and to such a fine edge that you will marvel at being able to buy it for such a small sum.

I designed this little knife in the late 70's. It was intended to be a light weight knife for the casual hunter, out for a morning walk in the woods.
"I have never had a pair of tweezers in my life that was worth a damn. Now I do and I appreciate it very much." Those words were spoken by General Norman Schwarzkopf about these little field tweezers.
