There are a handful of custom knifemakers who craft tiny, miniature knives as highly collectible works of art. These are beautiful and functional knives that can be opened, closed, sharpened and used, or placed in your collection of miniature knives.

Maserin, an Italian knife manufacturer and a world leader in miniature knife production, is celebrating their 50th year in business. They have created a special series of functional miniatures using high quality exotic handle materials. This four blade version makes use of mother-of-pearl and briarwood for the handle scales. As befits these exotic materials, each knife is made with an eye for detail and quality craftsmanship.

The four blades of AISI 420 stainless at 55-56 Rc. are a 1-3/16" clip blade, 1-1/4" serrated blade, 1/2" can opener and 9/16" cap lifter. The frame is nickel silver and two center liners are stainless. Measures 1-1/2" closed and weighs 0.8 oz.
