This Japanese variation of a Chef's knife is great for preparing foods that require lots of slicing and dicing.  The thin super-sharp high-quality Japanese steel blade makes precision cutting easy, while the indents on the knife as well as the non stick coating keep food from clinging to the blade. The blade measures 6", overall length is 10-1/2". A sheath is included to protect the blade and keep it sharp and allows knife to be stored safely in a drawer.
