The design of this knife requires the user to apply mostly downward pressure and minimal rocking motion to cut. The knife has a weighted blade, hollow ground and made of 440 stainless steel at 57-59 Rc., with a 2-5/16" cutting edge. The 4-1/4" handle keeps hands safely suspended about the cutting area while the grove notch at the top provides a thumb index to center the hand above the blade for single hand use. Textured G-10 handle scales provide secure grip while using. Ships with a snap on sheath that can be removed with one hand. Measures 6-1/4" overall and weighs 5.1 oz. Made in China.
