Victor Paroyan is a young Canadian waterfowl hunter who, as a teenager, wanted better decoys than the plastic he owned. By his early twenties he had become a world champion decoy carver. This self satisfied mallard drake is one of his best. Reproduced by casting in Resin and porcelain and then hand painted by studio artists.
