This one, which I have just started carrying, is just large enough for a couple paperbacks, or even a small hardback, notebooks, pens, pencils, your cell phone, keys, etc. There are 6 pockets to keep your small items organized and at your finger tips and the best shoulder strap snaps I have ever seen on a bag. Shoulder strap is removable, handle is not. Great, soft supple leather with a nylon lining. Measures 9-3/4" x 8" x 4-1/4".
