Today, the whitetail is the most widespread deer in the world. It is by far the most popular game in the U.S., chased by some 11 million hunters each fall.

Danny Edward's representation of a World Class whitetail buck captures his dominant demeanor. He is proud and unafraid, especially when posturing for does and other bucks during the fall breeding period.

An Idaho native, Danny Edwards is well known for his bronze sculptures of western wildlife which range in size from the larger than life "Chance Encounter" which can be seen at the Visitor's Center in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, to limited editions as small as 8" tall.

In addition to the very limited edition bronzes, his sculptures are reproduced in a blend of fine resins and pure white alabaster, or alabaster and porcelain powders to create realistically colored pieces like "On High". The subject is first sculpted in clay from which a mold is made. The pieces are then cast. When cooled and removed from the mold, the result is an exact duplicate of the original art.

Limited to 1,200 signed and numbered pieces. Measures 21" high x 10" x 11-1/2". Weighs 10 lbs. 7 oz. (Sorry, no choice of serial number available.) Letter of Authenticity provided.
