In 1989, Henrik and Charlotte Jorst left their native Denmark for the United States and brought with them the clean, elegant lines, skillful craftsmanship and technical perfection reflected in Danish design. From that background they founded Skagen Denmark® and introduced a line of remarkably slim, lightweight and elegant watches.

This new Model 696 reflects all the characteristics for which Skagen watches have become known. The round gunmetal gray dial with bold white hour markers is set in a square titanium case with a super hard mineral crystal and Japanese Miyota quartz movement. Rolled stainless steel mesh creates a very thin and lightweight band. Features include a day and date function and a water resistant rating to 100 feet. Case measures just 1/4" thick. Battery included. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
